How are shipping costs calculated and are they discounted?
PrepFort uses ShipRelay software for fulfillment, so we are able to offer extremely discounted USPS, UPS, FedEx and International rates directly to you! Each order will be charged to the payment method you have on file. ShipRelay also allows for multi-channel integration so all your orders from platforms such as eBay, Shopify, Facebook, Woocommerce, etc. all show up in one place and are billed in the same place.
For context these shipping rates are normally much cheaper then you would find in shipping software such as pirateship or shipstation. Due to us shipping a large volume of orders we can negotiate on your behalf and forward you those savings. Resulting in more money back in your pocket
