How are shipping costs calculated and billed?
Shipping rates for FBA shipments are calculated through Amazon-partnered carriers like UPS or LTL and are charged to your Amazon account directly. Make sure the ‘Ship From’ address in your shipment plan is adjusted to PrepFort’s warehouse address to get the correct shipping pricing. Our intuitive software usually handles this for you!
Additionally, PrepFort uses SoapBox for fulfillment, which will link to your stamps account for USPS and UPS shipments. Each order will be charged to the payment method you have on file. SoapBox also allows for multi-channel integration so all your orders from platforms such as eBay, Shopify, Facebook, Amazon, etc. all show up in one place and are billed in the same place.
