What are your charges?

For direct-to-customer order fulfillment for Shopify, Woocommerce, Faire, Amazon (FBM), etc. please viewPrepFort Fulfillment

Our costs are broken down super simply as:


  1. Fulfillment Fee (Involves Pick-and-Pack, Receiving, Inventory Managements, Software, Accounts, etc.)
  2. Shipping Fee
  3. Storage Fee
  4. Supply Cost


We have no extra hidden fees or additional unless you request a special service. Otherwise you will only see these 4 charges on your reports and invoices! We do not have separate fees for account, technology, receiving, etc....... (that some other 3PLs may slide in)
