Where do I specify how I want my shipment delivery?

On the Inbound Shipments page, select a shipment. Select “Services” and then “Manage Services” to choose how you want your shipment received. In this example we chose Ground Delivery. Then select “Add Service” and “Update Service” to save your changes.
