What products do you not handle?
We are open to "almost" ALL types of brands and products. If it is something extremely unique please let us know and more then likely we will be able to work out a solution. We will absolutely accept your merchandise! We work with tons of brands overseas here in the US and have helped them grow their presence in the US. We also offer international shipping so you can still keep shipping and establish a worldwide presence. A few things to note: But we are unable to serve as the Importer of Record if you are shipping from outside the US. All orders are fulfilled same day as long as they are in our system before 12 PM! That being said if you are expecting an influx of sales or are increasing marketing efforts, we would appreciate a heads up. There are 0 sign-up, technology, or account costs with us. We believe that these services are part of the services we offer in general and it should not be a cost forwarded on to you! But in order to open an account with us, a minimum monthly order volume is necessary. We have a very low minimum and love working with start-up brands. That said we do still have a minimum to ensure we can cover cost in regards to maintaining your account. Yes, our platform offers real-time data on the whole inventory life cycle as well as reporting. PrepFort uses ShipRelay software for fulfillment, so we are able to offer extremely discounted USPS, UPS, FedEx and International rates directly to you! Each order will be charged to the payment method you have on file. ShipRelay also allows for multi-channel integration so all your orders from platforms such as eBay, Shopify, Facebook, Woocommerce, etc. all show up in one place and are billed in the same place. We take the security and confidentiality of your sources and goods extremely seriously, and if requested, we'll sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to guarantee complete anonymity. We integrate directly with Stripe so you can reload you account with funds through the portal. This way when you have an order we pull the fees (Pick-and-Pack, Shipping, etc.) directly during time of fulfillment and you get a line-by-line breakdown in real time compared to a messy excel sheet at the end of the month.Few readers
