• Where can I access my Invoices?

  Invoices can be accessed in two places:Popular

• Where can I see when my next payment is due?

  In the Billing section it will have displayed on the right hand side when the billing cycle ends.Few readers

• Can I change my payment method?

  Yes! In Team Settings select “Payment Method”. You will then be able to change your credit card and address for your payments. When you are finished select “Update” to save your changes.Few readers

• Can I access specific shipment billing information?

  Yes, under billing tab, you can access shipments. When you select a shipment you will see the individual items items in that shipment and their costs.Few readers

Inventory

• Can I customize how my inventory is packaged?

• Can I add multiple items to my inventory at a time?

  Yes! On the Inventory page select “Upload Spreadsheet”. Then select “Download Spreadsheet” to download a template. Fill out the template with the information for each item of inventory that you want to add. Save your filled out spreadsheet and select “Browse” to upload it to your inventory.Popular

• Can I add Amazon inventory to the Portal without adding it manually?

  Your Amazon inventory will be automatically synced with Portal. The prep center can also use the Sync with Amazon option if there were any recent changes that that need to be visible immediately.Few readers

• Where do I add an item to my inventory?

  On the inventory page select “Add Item”:Few readers

• Can I access my inventory in a spreadsheet?

  Yes! Scroll to the bottom of the Inventory page and select “Export Inventory”. This will download the list of your inventory in a spreadsheet.Few readers

• Can I import an already existing shipment from Amazon?

  Under the Inbound Shipments tab there is an Import Amazon Shipments option which allows you to pull any existing shipments into our system.Few readers

• Where can I delete my inventory?

  On the inventory page select the items you wish to delete. Then select the “Actions” drop-down box and select “Delete Items”.Few readers

Account Details

• Where can I change my password or other personal information?

  Select your profile picture in the top right corner and select “Your Profile”. The Profile page contains all your personal information which you can change at any time. The Security page is where you can change your password.Few readers

• Where can I customize notifications?

  In Team Settings at the bottom of the page there are options for which notification you would like to receive. The notifications will be sent to your email. You can also see notifications Select “Update” when you are finished to save your changes.Few readers

  Under Your Profile tab you will find Teams where your can add, remove or edit your partnersFew readers

Making Shipments

• Can I add a tracking number to a shipment?

  Yes! Within the shipment select “Add Tracking Numbers”. Here you can select a carrier and add a tracking number so that you will get an estimated time of arrival for your shipment. Press “Save” to save your changes and ship the shipment.Few readers

• Can I edit my shipment after I ship it?

  Yes! After you ship your shipment you will still be able to add items and special notes to the shipment. The process to do this is identical to when you created your shipment.Few readers

• Can I make advanced searches for my shipments?

  Yes! To search an inbound shipment select the drop-down arrow on the search bar on the Inbound Shipments page. You will then be able to search shipments according name, date shipped, and status.Few readers

• Where do I specify how I want my shipment delivery?

  On the Inbound Shipments page, select a shipment. Select “Services” and then “Manage Services” to choose how you want your shipment received. In this example we chose Ground Delivery. Then select “Add Service” and “Update Service” to save your changes.Few readers

• How do I ship my shipment?

  Within the shipment select “Add Tracking Numbers”. After choosing your tracking number settings select “Save”. This will ship your shipment.Few readers

• Can I change how my inventory is boxed and shipped to amazon?

• Can I add any special notes to the shipment?

  Yes, special notes notes can be added and you will be able to see them under the notes section. Keep in mind that Warehouse Notes are internal notes and clients cannot edit those.Few readers

• Where can I create and edit shipments?

  Open shipments can be modified on the Inbound Shipments page. If the shipment has not been shipped to an Amazon warehouse yet, you can edit the details of the shipment. For example, you could change the number of items coming into the warehouse or add various services to a specific item.Few readers

• Can I view and track my earlier shipments?

  Yes! On your Dashboard you can see general information about the number of units in transit or arrived at the warehouse or the Amazon warehouse.Few readers

Other Info

• How can I address damaged items?

  If there are any items that have been damaged or lost in the shipping process, the issue will show up under Fix items tab, with various option on how to handle it. You can manage your notifications (see the Account Details section) to get notified whenever an issue like this arises.Few readers

• Can I add people to my portal account?

  Yes! Using the Team feature on the portal you are able to invite assistants into your account (see the Account Details section). Assistants have a separate login from the Administrator and do not have access to billing information.Few readers
