Shipping rates for FBA shipments are calculated through Amazon-partnered carriers like UPS or LTL and are charged to your Amazon account directly. Make sure the ‘Ship From’ address in your shipment plan is adjusted to PrepFort’s warehouse address to get the correct shipping pricing. Our intuitive software usually handles this for you! Additionally, PrepFort uses SoapBox for fulfillment, which will link to your stamps account for USPS and UPS shipments. For 14 days after delivery, PrepFort will hold onto each shipment for free (if you have a subscription with us). There is a 90-day limit on unpaid storage. We shall then make an effort to contact you in regards to storage fees and late fees. The products will be liquidated to cover the cost of storage with extra liquidation fees and all other expenses tacked on if no movement is made toward removing the products from our premises.PopularRestricted and Prohibited Items

We take the security and confidentiality of your sources and goods extremely seriously, and if requested, we'll sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to guarantee complete anonymity. Yes, our platform offers real-time data on the whole inventory life cycle. We will accept your merchandise, but we are unable to serve as the Importer of Record if you are shipping from outside the US. Customs and tariffs can be handled for you if your product is being transported through a carrier like DHL or UPS. You will require a customs agent if the product is being shipped into the US on a pallet or a sea container. If you require a reference, please let us know as we work with a few customs-related businesses that can handle import/export.Few readersAre there any sign-up fees?
There are no sign-up costs with us. But in order to open an account with us, a subscription is necessary. This subscription is intended to assist in offsetting the fees associated with opening your account with us. This subscription is not refundable if you decide not to send any inventory in once your account has been set up.Few readersWhat is your minimum and maximum order quantities?
Our minimum quantities are 200 units per month for wholesale/private label, and multi-channel fulfillment orders! We unfortunately do not work with with arbitrage, used or liquidation merchandise. Minimum quantities must be 50 units per SKU. We do not have a maximum and our facility can handle orders as large as you need :)Few readersHow do I pay my invoices?
When you create an account with us, we will send you an invite to our portal where you can manage everything from shipments to billing! We’ll ask for credit card, bank, or PayPal information. Depending on the plan you choose, we’ll charge your payment method at the time of shipment or every month on the 1st and 15th. Our software system also allows you to view all invoices and costs!
